The Perfect Geo Print Pant
(n) a lover of rain; someone who finds joy and peace of mind during rainy days
Hi Loves! Over the past few months I have been on the hunt for printed pants to wear this fall and I have finally found two pairs I absolutely love!! These Geo Printed Pants from H&M are partly made from recycled polyester. The fit is amazing and I love that they are ankle cut which means you can show off some serious shoe. For this look I paired them with a Vegan Street Chic Brown Pointed Toe Mule from LuLu’s. I’m still learning about eco shoes but what I have come across so far is just as stylish and affordable as any non-sustainable option. The one downside to these shoes is they have a little lip at the heel which can be slightly annoying so size up a little.
Because, the weather hasn’t been so great lately, I wore a simple white T-Shirt from Reformation, which is currently no longer available :(, and layered it under a Wool Blend Wrap Coat from H&M, also made from recyclable materials. The coat is incredibly warm and surprisingly the belt doesn’t slip at all which is great considering that is the only way to close it.
Lately, I have become obsessed with Matt & Nat designs and couldn’t pass up Sheenan Dwell Collection bag in Macaroon. It is bigger than I thought it would be, but for me, that is a bonus. There is an option for a longer strap but the clips are on the same side which makes the bag tilt to the other side. I would skip the longer strap and use it as originally intended, as an arm bag. The neutral color works with any outfit but if macaroon isn’t your top choice they have several other options.
I’m not one for jewelry all the time but every once in a while you need an accent piece. I chose a necklace I picked up last year from a small boutique in Madrid. It is made from rough cut amethyst. If you are looking for an alternative, a great company is MidWinter Co. which sells amazing handcrafted, eco friendly natural stone pieces. Definitely check them out.
I hope you all are having a great end to the week.
